The Brentwood construction project has many cool parts to it. The home remodel started with several foundation upgrades consisting of underpinning the foundation and adding a grade beam for strength. It then moved onto several concrete patios that were covered with porcelain tile. We also poured side walkways with a broom finish and a basketball court foundation. The backyard also consists of a unique staggered stair set covered in lava stone.
